NHK WORLD-JAPAN, streaming internet programs overseas, planned a documentary program in which they followed for several months hotels, schools, and airports where people carried on their activities dealing with the difficulties caused by Covid-19. For a school, they chose Jiyu Gakuen and had interviews and made films at the Girls’ and Boys’ Departments (secondary school section).
They have already broadcast the program on Jiyu Gakuen in three parts, each for 15 minutes long. They are now available on-demand and you can watch them by clicking the links below. They are in English and the interviews are in Japanese with English subtitles.

Anybody can be infected by the new corona virus, and what will you do if your friends get infected? The film introduces a voluntary activity of a group of students at the Boys’ and Girls’ Departments, “A Group to Think about Our Society in the Ongoing Covid-19 Situation”, who wanted the discrimination never to occur. It can be watched until 24th of February, 2022.
